Tech Tools That Make My Life Easier
Tools that I use in my classroom to make my life easier! Powered by Dr Pepper and Good WiFi!
Assessment, Data,
and Formative Feedback
All of these tools help assess our students and help us gather data.

This is where we make music theory quizzes and create quick classroom surveys.
This is where we track data. We also use Google Sheets for inventory tracking, music library inventory, and student information such as locker numbers and T-shirt sizes.
This is where students turn in recording assessments and other assignments.
This is a tool that takes videos that you create or find on youtube and makes auto graded assessments. I CANNOT recommend this tool enough!
Classroom Management
and Routines
Structure isn't just a preference- it's a requirement.

Great for creating classroom agendas!
We use this to give class announcements or embed youtube videos and memes for future use- categories include Star Wars Day, Beginning of the Year Info, Parent Night Info, etc.
Use this for reminders!
Use this for calm vibes while doing independent work in the classroom- total game changer!
Gamification and Engagement
Whether it’s XP, pass-offs, or note-naming showdowns,
these tools level up learning (and fun).

We use Blooket to review vocabulary at the end of the semester. I like this because students can work more independently. Set the game and go!
I like this as a class wide review game- the kids love Robot Run!
We use this when students are performing live to determine performance order.
Creation, Communication,
and Visual Design
These tools make communication sparkle and student
creativity take center stage.

Teacher Productivity
and AI Support
Saving time, reducing burnout, and writing rubrics like Bender.

I use this for lesson planning ideas, help setting boundaries, and reflection (okay, I really use it for therapy.)
Every AI tool a teacher could ever need... seriously!
Professional Growth
and Leadership
Tools that support reflection, collaboration,
and becoming the kind of leader younger me needed.

We use Google Docs for collaboration daily! It updates in real-time and makes life much easier.
This is a great (and free) website builder.
